Poblano Veggie Taco Salad | Cortez Davidaz


1lb. imitation ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can refried beans
1 (5 oz.) Bottle of Co-op Poblano Hot Sauce 2 tblspoons. Mr. Mike’s Random Rub
1 fresh tomato
1 Poblano Pepper
1 medium onion
Fresh shredded lettuce
1 pt. sour cream
1 bag tortilla chips


  1. Shredded cheese (Mozzarella and cheddar)
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Use a 9×13-inch baking pan. Brown imitation ground beef and onion.
  3. In large mixing bowl add Imitation Ground Beef, beans, Co-op Poblano Hot Sauce, and Mr. Mike’s Random Rub. Stir together.
  4. Add cup of Poblano sauce; mix well.
  5. Spread in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Remove.
  6. Sprinkle cheese all over top; return to oven to melt.
  7. Remove; let cool 10 minutes. Top with sour cream, cut-up tomato, shredded lettuce and crumbled tortilla chips. Spoon onto plates.
